Driven by the desire to pursue skiing and the outdoor lifestyle, Mimi moved to Utah from New England, and made it her home. Since then her entrepreneurial abilities have taken hold. Mimi owned and operated her own business in design, manufacturing and marketing. Her clothing line, Illimani, could be found throughout the Rocky Mountain West. 16 years later, Mimi and her business partner opened Scott Denton Homes, a general contracting company specializing in residential construction. Mimi has continued incorporating her creative style in her own interior design company called, Mimi Denton Design, LLC. The knowledge, customer service and integrity garnered are values she holds dear when working with clients during stressful and challenging decisions when buying, selling or building a home.

Mimi is above all passionate about her family. In her spare time, you can find her mountain biking the numerous trails, fly fishing the blue ribbon waters of Utah, or working in her vegetable garden and greenhouse in Park City – a town she loves to call home.
